Practiced Failure

Today’s latte message is a happy twist on an old enemy – failure. Have you ever considered that success is simply practiced failure? The success we admire is simply failure repeated enough times that somewhere along the line between failure and success the practice refined and more successes were recorded instead of failures…until goal achieved.

So if your goal means something to you, be willing to fail. Over and over. Because the more you practice what you desire the better you’ll get. I promise you, practice makes us fail less. But as Josie de Vere just poetically said,

“You must practice your failure with the intent to improve. And remember, the art of giving up takes practice, too.”
