So today, you’re being asked to give yourself a thought getaway. Take a moment to hear your mind’s chatter and begin to gently guide it to something you enjoy thinking about. Change the subject of your mind’s rhetoric. Think about something different, something you’d enjoy thinking, something you’d enjoy doing. Think about the possibilities of such enjoyment. And maybe even go do it, if it’s possible.
