Gratitude can often be tempered by fear or worried anticipation of losing that which you are grateful.
But what if you let the anticipation for the future go for just a moment and let the sensation of gratitude sink in? What if you switched anticipation for appreciation?
Appreciation for the present opens the eyes, and the heart, to all possibilities. So today we take what we said in a recent post a step further. Outcomes can be better than we imagine, if we let go of the control of anticipation and embrace the essence of appreciation.
