Whatever It Takes
This is bigger than just focusing on changing your thoughts. You really need to do something that you enjoy today. Even our latte is showing you to give time to doing the things you love. Because doing things you love limits the space where negative thoughts can creep in and repeat. Plus, thinking good thoughts leads to doing more of things you love. And this is the energy you need as you approach your goal. So whatever it takes to get out of this funk, do it.
