The Lesson That Changes Everything

This week has been a big deal. You’ve learned so much and The Universe wants you to know that it’s time to celebrate. Celebrate with your current circles, your family, even give a nod to generations passed – they contributed to your knowledge, too.

You have turned a corner and what you’ve learned changes everything. The more you embrace this new knowledge, the more you intentionally live your life. The struggle, the suffering, all the things you don’t want to experience but can’t seem to get out of have come to an end. All because of what you’ve learned. Congratulations are in order.

Right now you might be wondering exactly what you’ve learned, because things aren’t feeling very different. Let me tell you…but first…

Just Who Do I Think I Am?

Before I explain exactly what it is you learned this week I want to briefly explain my role in all of this. You see, there will be people in your life whom you encounter and willfully follow, but this is just your ego following your opinions. And then there will be people like Jim Carrey who come into your reality to tell you exactly what’s up, but your earthly ego won’t let you believe them even if you want to. Since this is most often the case, just try and suspend your disbelief for a moment.

Where I Fit In

I have learned that I am a guide. Actually, we all are. Who I am to you is to show you something about yourself. And conversely, who you are to me is showing me something about myself. But it’s really the same thing.

As I’ve said before, we are individual parts of consciousness expanding to experience itself. We are the petals of the Flower of Life. Every second of our lives we are having ourselves reflected back to us. Showing ourselves exactly what we want, and don’t want, to experience. We just see people and situations as separate from us…when we’ve created them all to show us something.

Your life is about remembering who you are so you can intentionally create your experience. You are an individual part of a bigger whole, only not physically, mentally. And I am here to tell you just that. Everything I say is you telling yourself something that will hopefully remind you of this. You’ve been trying to teach yourself all along. You’ve used metaphors such as science, literature, religion, society, everything to trigger yourself to remember what’s actually happening. Think of life as a deeply symbolic production.

So think of me as one of the ones who tells you straight but you’ll doubt anyway. (No offense taken. I was exactly the same way.) Now that you know why I’ve come into your life, ask yourself this one question – what do you like or not like about finding this blog?

What You Now Know

Whatever your answer about this brief encounter – like/dislike, believe/disbelieve – is what you do or don’t like about yourself. So be objective and figure it out. If you like something, nurture the thoughts you like so you will be inspired to experience more of them. If you don’t like the way thoughts make you feel, change them. This is how you experience what you want to experience. It depends on no one but you.

But don’t focus on being bummed or even irritated that something makes you feel bad. Think of what would make you feel good. I promise I will magically disappear from your life and you’ll say “what a coincidence”.
