Life’s Minimum Performance Requirements

Remember timed tests when you were in school? They were intimidating. It took a few moments to slow down and find your rhythm. But when you did you actually worked quicker, and performed better than you expected.

Right now, you’re in a hurry. It seems that you are approaching life as some kind of timed test. Well, it’s not. And you probably don’t realize that all this rushing around, from thought to thought or thing to thing, is putting a ton of pressure on you. This is not only dampening your performance, it’s also dampening your optimism.

Relieve The Pressure

Now is not the time to make any decisions. You need to take the pressure off. Do whatever necessary to get yourself in the right state of mind. And remember, there is no hurry. So take a few moments to find your own focus and your own pace.

Fortunately, your subconscious is here to show you one way you can do this.

One Way To Do It

Rush through the processes a time or two. No seriously. Rush through them. Just remember you are not actually being timed. So once you work through the minimum performance requirements a time or two and you feel like you’ve done the bare minimum of what everyone else wants or needs from you, you can embrace the situation for yourself and focus on your own personal timing and processes.

You will not only perform your best, you’ll also actually enjoy the process.
