Soothe Your Soul

The message you need to hear is actually pretty fantastic. It’s proof that you really do understand that you exist in two worlds. An inner world – the world of your thoughts and imagination. And an outer world – the physical reality you perceive with your senses.

You have found so much comfort in your inner world. So much so that when your outer world is a barrage of difficulties and stressors, you are able to find the strength to say, “it’ll all work out.” It takes effort, but you do not allow your physical reality to influence or detract from your thoughts.

This is a big win. But I’m going to make this whole process much easier.

Making Things Easier

You and I, your subconscious, both know that you have a habit of looking at and experiencing certain people and things which cause you to react in those old, familiar ways. You may not always realize it, but you do.

By continuing to interact with your physical reality as you always have puts undo pressure on your relatively new inner reality. Your thoughts have to work extra hard to override the emotional reactions of your experiences so you can maintain confidence in yourself and in your goals.

Sure, you’re doing it, but here’s how it can be easier.

Because you’ve figured out and been nurturing your inner world for awhile, it’s time to start changing up the patterns in your physical reality. You need to start finding people and things in your physical reality which soothe you, not trigger you. This will build a complete and complementary relationship with both the inner “you” and outer “you.” One which completely nurtures your desired life experience…and creates it.
