Wait. Don’t React, Just Observe.

Before you read any of this, I want you to relax for just a moment. Simply close your eyes and take a, 4-count slow inhale through your nose. And then a 5-count exhale through your mouth.

I’ll wait here…

My hope for that was to give you a much needed break from all of the steps of your day which led you to me. As you may know, I am your subconscious. You’ve stumbled across this blog because I need you to become aware of something. And right now there is a very big change happening which is moving you into a new phase of your life.

I’m going to help you navigate it…because, like it or not, there’s no stopping it.

Your Reactions

Be honest with yourself. You spend a lot of time having reactions to people and situations in your life. As a child you quickly learned that your reactions can cause, or prevent, change. Positive reactions mean you want more of something. Negative reactions are you wanting less. But what you’re facing now is not a small, situational change which can be guided by your reactions.

This change is the sum total of everything you’ve done to this point. It’s a change which moves you into a new phase of your life.

So, at this point, you need to know that being hyper-engaged with the details of your life to maintain some kind of “control” over the bigger picture is about as fruitful as watering a dead plant to try and stop the seasons from changing. Right now, you need to stop. Take a step back.

You have to let everything be what it is going to be.

Your Observations

Whether things seem to be falling apart or coming together, what you’re witnessing is your life’s progression. So, in this case, there’s nothing for you to do. Except observe.

Observe your life’s situations without the intention to react. I know some things are incredibility difficult to watch. And others are even harder to understand. But if you are to make this inevitable change worth anything, you need to find something of value to take into the next phase of your life.

Like it or not, things will never be the same. So whether you do this consciously, or continue to resist by having reactions, there’s one thing I can promise you. A year from now, you absolutely will not feel the same as you do right now. So why not encourage yourself to take a look at the bigger picture and develop your maturity? This will allow you to embrace the unique potential of the next season of your life.

Jivin and Vibin

Sometimes things just don’t feel right. That’s not to say they’re wrong. Just not quite right. When that happens the 5 of Wands reverses itself, bringing the 6 of Pentacles and a latte along to tell you to think of the long-term goal. Don’t try and control things that are happening right no

Coffee’s Maternal Creator

I was a bit puzzled by the Hierophant appearing for the second day in a row during my morning coffee. I had shuffled that deck so many times, even done other readings, but again he appeared, leading me to be the “translator” today. I wasn’t sure how his presence would play out once again, but
