You know your goal and you know what it’s going to take to get there. You see things differently when you observe the big picture. The people in your life can’t see your goal from where they’re sitting. And you shouldn’t expect them to. It’s your goal, after all.
Let Them Play Their Parts
Let them play their parts. And let your unique position help them improve their parts. Don’t take over and do their parts for them. There isn’t enough of you to go around and it isn’t your place, anyway. Because, while they are playing a role in your goal story, they are also learning lessons for their own stories, as well.
