Time to Walk the Walk

I’ve often said that memes are great. They inspire us to think and feel things differently than we usually would. But that’s usually where it ends. It’s just not always easy…actually, I’ve found that it’s almost never easy, to put words into action.

That’s when it hit me. It’s time for Coffee Karma to help you get reacquainted with your imagination. After all, you want to improve your life, and I’m all about how your thoughts influence reality…which means it’s high time that I help facilitate putting these words that resonated with you into action.

Imagination 101

Here’s the very first 2-minute meditation video that will help you get reacquainted with your imagination. I’ll be doing more of these in between the traditional blogs I post. As with everything on this site, as I learn more, I’ll enhance and refine as I go. For now, take 2 minutes just for yourself to drift into the landscape of your mind and have an experience of your own making.

Remember that there is no “right” or “wrong” way to do this. The goal is just to give yourself permission to explore your own mind. Feel free to journal your experiences and explore them further. No one can tell you what your experiences mean. They’re yours, so only you will truly know. Explore your mind, write down your experience, get to know yourself…who you truly are.
